1. Data controller
ISHI KOI FARM COMPANY LIMITED, tax ID 0601224050, of 185 Loc Vuong Street, Nam Dinh Ward, Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam ("we") is the controller and processor of personal data collected through the abmdm.com website and the ABMDM service, under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 2025 (Law 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 356/2025/ND-CP.
When a business ("customer") uses ABMDM to manage devices issued to employees or sold on installments ("end users"), the customer decides the purposes for which end-user data is processed; we process that data under the customer's contract and instructions.
2. Data we collect and why
From the website: the name, phone number, number of devices and message you enter in the form, together with the page it was sent from and the time. We use this only to contact you, advise you and prepare a quote.
From the service: device information (serial number, IMEI, model, operating system version, storage, battery, SIM phone number and carrier), management status, apps and profiles installed by the organization, and command history. We use this to provide device management, payment reminders, security and technical support.
From customer accounts: administrators' names, email addresses and phone numbers, sign-in and activity logs, and payment and invoice details.
Apple's management protocol does not allow us to read messages, calls, email, photos, files, browsing history or passwords on the device. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
3. Sensitive data: location
Device location is sensitive personal data. ABMDM collects location only when a device is put into Lost Mode, or when an installment or lease contract is overdue and the end user has consented to this in the contract. Outside these two cases, ABMDM does not track location.
Every location access is logged: who viewed it, which device and when. Location data is encrypted separately and can be viewed only by people whose role grants that permission.
4. Retention and deletion
Website contact details: kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted or anonymized.
Service data: kept while the customer uses the service. If a subscription lapses and is not renewed, devices are removed from management after 30 days, and data is deleted within: 30 days after the customer stops using the service.
Storage location: Storage location details will be updated once the official management system is in operation. Payment records and invoices are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to give or withdraw consent, to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint.
Send requests to lienhe@abmdm.com; we respond within 72 hours. End users of a business customer may contact that business or us directly, and we will work with the business to handle the request.
In the event of a data breach, we notify affected individuals and the competent authorities as required by law.
