Payment, trial, refunds and complaints
Applies to all ABMDM customers. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
1. Free trial
- Free for 14 days, up to 5 devices, all features included.
- No upfront payment and no card required.
- The trial does not convert to a paid plan. Trial devices are removed from management if you do not subscribe.
2. Payment
- Paid in advance for 6-month periods, based on the number of device slots.
- Pay by bank transfer or VietQR. A VAT invoice is issued for every payment.
- The Professional plan has a one-time lifetime activation fee of 6,650,000 VND.
- Devices added mid-period are charged pro rata for the remaining days.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancel any time; the service runs until the end of the paid period.
- 100% refund of device fees if requested within 7 days of your first payment.
- Activation fees and Apple Business registration fees are non-refundable once the work has been performed.
- Refunds are paid to the original paying account within 7 business days.
4. If your subscription lapses
- End users' devices are never locked.
- New commands are paused for 30 days; your data remains viewable.
- After 30 days, devices are removed from management and data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Manage only devices you own, or devices whose users have given written consent.
- Do not use ABMDM to track people or collect data unlawfully.
- ABMDM may suspend accounts that violate these rules and will cooperate with the competent authorities as required by law.
6. Support and service commitment
- Support by phone, Zalo and email from 8am to 9pm, every day.
- Incidents that prevent commands from being sent are handled as a priority, with status updates via Zalo.
- Enterprise plans include an uptime commitment set out in the contract.
7. Complaint handling
- Contact us on 0913 081 986, via Zalo or at lienhe@abmdm.com.
- We respond within 24 business hours and resolve complaints within 7 business days.
- Disputes that cannot be settled are resolved under the laws of Vietnam.
