What we collect
- Device information: serial number, model, operating system version
- Management status and command history
- Device location, only when the device is in Lost Mode or a contract is overdue
What we cannot see
- Personal messages, calls and email
- Photos, videos and files on the device
- Browsing history and passwords
How we protect it
Location is sensitive personal data under the law, so it receives the highest level of protection.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Location data is encrypted separately.
Access logs
Every location view, lock and erase is recorded with who did it and when.
Strict permissions
Staff see only the devices in their own branch, according to their assigned role.

Data storage location: Storage location details will be updated once the official management system is in operation

In the event of a data breach, we notify affected individuals and the competent authorities as required by law.
Data deletion after the service ends: 30 days after the customer stops using the service
