1. Scope of service
ABMDM is a mobile device management (MDM) service for iPhone and iPad provided by ISHI KOI FARM COMPANY LIMITED, built on Apple's official device management protocol. The service includes the dashboard, remote commands, configuration, device financing, the API and technical support according to the plan purchased.
Features and prices on the website are for reference and may change. Items marked "Coming soon" are not part of the service until released. The binding price is the one in your quote or contract.
2. Customer responsibilities when managing end-user devices
Manage only devices you own, or devices whose end users have given written consent. For installment or leased devices, your contract with the end user must clearly state that the device is managed, the restrictions that apply when payments are overdue and how location data is processed.
Do not use ABMDM to track people, collect data unlawfully or apply unlawful pressure. Payment reminders may be sent only between 7am and 9pm, and only to the person named on the contract.
You are responsible for your administrator accounts, the permissions you grant to staff and all commands sent from your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms and will cooperate with the competent authorities as required by law.
3. Payment, invoices and cancellation
Fees are paid in advance for 6-month periods based on the number of device slots, in VND, with a VAT invoice for every payment. Trials, cancellation, refunds and lapsed subscriptions are governed by our Payment, trial and refund policy.
4. Limitation of liability
The service depends on infrastructure operated by Apple, mobile carriers and banks. We are not liable for interruptions caused by these parties or by force majeure, but we will keep you informed and handle such incidents as a priority.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service period in which the event occurred. Enterprise plans may include separate commitments set out in the contract.

5. Governing law
