How to register Apple Business in Vietnam
Vietnamese companies register for Apple Business at business.apple.com with the legal name on the licence, tax ID, address, website and an email on the company domain. You need a D-U-N-S number and someone with authority to answer Apple's verification call. ABMDM can prepare the file if you do not yet have an account.
Documents to prepare
Open business.apple.com on a computer. Do not enrol with a salesperson's personal Apple Account.

A missing accent or a missing “Ltd” in the legal name can get the file rejected. Compare it with the licence before you send.

Look up or request a D-U-N-S number
Many Vietnamese companies already have a D-U-N-S number and do not know it. Look it up before you request a new one, using the tool on Apple's account help pages.
If you have no number, send the legal-entity details to Dun & Bradstreet for a free assignment. Apple says that after you submit, allow up to five business days for D&B to issue the number; then allow up to two business days for Apple to receive the data from D&B. Paying for faster processing does not shorten that wait.
A D&B representative may call about business type and headcount. Keep the licence at hand. Do not buy a “rush” package if you only need the free identifier for Apple Business.
Submit the application and wait for Apple's call
Enter the organisation, the D-U-N-S number and the verification contact. Apple emails that the enrolment is in review.
Apple calls the verification contact to ask whether they know the applicant and whether the organisation agrees to use Apple Business. That person must answer and clearly agree. Avoid a switchboard number that nobody picks up.

After approval
Create an administrator account and invite the IT lead or shop owner. Download the public key from ABMDM, add a device-management server in Apple Business, and upload the token to ABMDM. Set ABMDM as the default for new devices.
Assign serials for devices bought through the business channel. Add retail-bought devices with Apple Configurator on iPhone.
Asking ABMDM to file for you
If international paperwork is unfamiliar, use the Apple Business registration service: 13,000,000 VND, covering the file, D-U-N-S, verification and connecting ABMDM. The price is on the pricing page.
You still own the Apple Business account. ABMDM does not take ownership of your portal. After the connection, devices enrol at power-on.
Common file errors
The legal name is missing “Ltd”, has an extra mark, or does not match D-U-N-S. Fix D&B first, wait for Apple to receive the data, then send again. Do not file two different names at once.
A Gmail address that already created a personal Apple Account. Use a new email on the company domain that has never been attached to iCloud.
The verification contact is a switchboard. Put the director's or authorised person's mobile number, and tell them to answer during business hours.
The website is down and only a Facebook page exists. Apple looks at the legal entity on the web. Put up a company page with tax ID and address before you send.
You file without a D-U-N-S number. Look up or request it free first, wait until Apple has the number, then submit.
What the verification call is like
Apple calls the person you named. The questions are whether they know the applicant, whether that person may open Apple Business for the company, and whether the company name is correct. Answer clearly, agree or refuse. Do not have a salesperson take the call.
After the call, watch email. If approved, open the portal, create an admin, invite the operator, connect the MDM. If the file is returned, fix exactly what Apple named, once, so it matches the licence — do not resend the old version.
Handing out the first device after you connect
Pick a device the shop owns that has not gone to a customer. Assign its serial in Apple Business to the ABMDM server. Power it on and complete setup. It should receive configuration and show company details if you set a custom setup screen.
From ABMDM send a lock with a message and the shop phone number, then unlock. Check the log: the right person, the right time. Only then enrol in bulk.
Retail-bought devices: reset to the initial setup screen, scan with an iPhone that has Apple Configurator and an Apple Business sign-in, then assign the server. Do not skip this; a retail serial does not appear on the portal by itself.
Shops with several branches should let one named person add devices. Random adds assign the wrong server.

Can we register with a Gmail address?

How long after we apply can we use the portal?
Timing is set by Apple and Dun & Bradstreet, not a fixed number of days you can promise a customer. After you have a D-U-N-S number, Apple still has to receive the data and call a person with authority.
