How to register for Apple Business
Register for Apple Business: legal-entity file, company-domain email, D-U-N-S number, submit and wait for Apple's verification call. ABMDM can file.
Prepare the file
Open business.apple.com on a computer. Do not register with a salesperson’s personal Apple Account.
Have this ready:

A missing accent or a missing “Co., Ltd” can get the file rejected. Compare with the licence before you send.

Look up or request a D-U-N-S number
Many Vietnamese companies already have a D-U-N-S number. Look it up before you request a new one, using Apple’s account-support tools.
If you have none, send legal-entity details to Dun & Bradstreet for a free number. Apple says to allow up to five business days for the number, then up to two business days for Apple to receive data from D&B. A paid “fast track” does not shorten that wait for this use.
D&B may call about business type and headcount. Keep the licence at hand. Do not buy a paid D-U-N-S package if you only need the free number for Apple Business.
Submit and wait for Apple’s call
Enter the organisation, D-U-N-S and the verifier. Apple emails that the file is under review.
Apple calls the verifier, asks whether they know the applicant and whether the organisation agrees to use Apple Business. That person must answer and clearly agree. Do not list a switchboard nobody picks up.
If Apple returns the file, fix the mismatch and resubmit. Do not open two applications with two different legal names.
After approval
Create an administrator account and invite the IT lead or shop owner. Do not share one password across the team.
Next, connect a management server: connect Apple Business to ABMDM. Assign serials for devices bought through a business channel. Add retail devices with Apple Configurator on iPhone.
You remain the owner of the Apple Business account. ABMDM does not take ownership of your portal.

File mistakes Apple sends back
Legal name missing “Co., Ltd”, an extra accent, or a mismatch with D-U-N-S. Fix D&B first, wait for Apple to receive the data, then resubmit.
A Gmail address that already created a personal Apple Account. Use a new company-domain email that has never been attached to iCloud.
The verifier listed as a switchboard. Use a director’s mobile, and tell them to answer during business hours.
A dead website or only a fan page. Put company name, tax ID and address on a live page before you send.
Submitting with no D-U-N-S. Look up or request the free number, wait until Apple has it, then apply.
After you have the account — do not skip
Invite the right people; do not share one password. Connect ABMDM when you need commands, lock tiers and VietQR. Retail devices: Configurator on iPhone, not a Mac at every counter.
You own the portal. The 13,000,000 VND filing service does not transfer account ownership to ABMDM.
Checklist before you submit
Legal name matches the licence. Tax ID and address match D-U-N-S. Website loads. Email is on the company domain. The verifier’s mobile will be answered. You are not using a salesperson’s personal Apple Account.

Can a household business register for Apple Business?

Can we register with a Gmail address?
Use an email on the company domain that is not already tied to a personal Apple Account. A domain email shows Apple this is an organisation.
How long after submitting until we can use the account?
Apple and Dun & Bradstreet set the timeline. After you have a D-U-N-S number, Apple still has to receive the data and call a person with authority.

Must we use ABMDM after Apple approves us?
